Texas-based architectural firm Dirk Clark Architecture has recently created a modern  Sustainability House Design  in Austin. The City View Apartments is inspired by  the customer needs  in a house  reflected from their values and lifestyles. The result is a beautiful house with swimming pool and a large glass box room. The house is divided into several floors of pool in the middle piece. Large glass packed the house, providing plenty of natural light and wood frames give a natural touch to the outdoors. This modern house offers a terrace as a perfect place to enjoy the skyline of Austin. According to the architects, more sustainable technologies are installed, such as solar-panel system, instant water heaters, bio-foam insulation, rainwater collectors, mechanical systems and efficient Low E glass. The double height living room entertain every visitor and guest  with the beautiful outdoor views and natural light.
