First and foremost, your capitalisation is making the English major in me cry.
Those cameras are essentially the same. Go to a store. Try them both. Pay special attention to start-up time, shutter lag, next-shot delay, and the speed of the autofocusing. If it were me, I wouldn't buy either. I'd skip them over for the Canon PowerShot SD1100 IS or the Canon PowerShot SD850 IS. Both are 8.0 megapixel subcompact point and shoot cameras (like the Casios), and both have image stabilization. They are very easy to use and are overall very quick cameras. |

I agree with Felix in regards to buying a Canon digital camera instead...because Casio has got to be one of the worst brands you can get.
